Our commitment: If we are unable to make HypeVideo work for you, we will issue a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. We want you to succeed with our product, and if we can't deliver on that, you shouldn't have to pay.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is made within 7 days of your original purchase date.
- You have contacted our support team and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your issue.
- We are unable to make the product work for you despite our best efforts to assist.
2. Refund Process

- Resolution Attempt: We will make reasonable efforts to fix the issue and get HypeVideo working for you.
- Refund Decision: If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Refund Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- The refund request is made after the 7-day refund period has expired.
- The issue is caused by third-party API providers (e.g., API key errors, billing issues with Fal.ai or other providers, API service outages).
- The product is working as described, but does not meet subjective expectations.
- You have violated our Terms of Service.
- You refuse to cooperate with our support team's troubleshooting efforts.
5. Third-Party API Costs
HypeVideo operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. Any costs incurred through third-party API providers (such as Fal.ai) are between you and those providers. We are not responsible for and cannot refund any third-party API charges.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in termination of your license.
