We stand behind HypeVideo and want every customer to have a great experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for your one-time purchase.

Our commitment: If we are unable to make HypeVideo work for you, we will issue a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. We want you to succeed with our product, and if we can't deliver on that, you shouldn't have to pay.

HypeVideo operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. Any costs incurred through third-party API providers (such as Fal.ai) are between you and those providers. We are not responsible for and cannot refund any third-party API charges.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in termination of your license.
